Clinician (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Key Behavior Services is looking for an individual who is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio area, including Northern Kentucky. We are looking for a full-time BCBA to join our team. In addition to providing in-home services through insurance and the Ohio Autism Scholarship, we also provide services to school districts throughout Dayton and Cincinnati, including FBA’s, IEE’s, and on-going consultation.
Candidates will have very flexible hours, and will be able to schedule hours when convenient, as long as those hours meet the needs of the schools and families you work with. Ideal candidates will have the following credentials, experiences and traits
Self-starter, and has good time management skills
Experience providing feedback to RBT’s, teachers, and other professionals
Has experience working collaboratively in schools
Experience working with children and teens with ASD
Clean background check
Has active credentials as a Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst (COBA) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Pay is negotiable, and dependent on experience, level of certification, and education. Compensation range is generally between $65,000-$80,000 per year, which includes a base salary and quarterly bonuses related to billable hours, community engagement and clinical documentation.

Registered Behavior Technician
KBS is hiring individuals who are already Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or those who are interested in obtaining this credential. No experience with Applied Behavior Analysis is necessary but we prefer candidates who have some experience with individuals with special needs and who are willing to learn. We will provide training and work with candidates to gain the Registered Behavior Technician credential. Free supervision is available for those needing to meet competency requirements for the RBT.

Pay will be between $15-$24 per hour, based on experience and education. Pay range varies by location. We are hoping to conduct interviews via Google Meet. Paid time off is available after 6 months of employment at an accrual rate based on the number of hours worked.
